Introduction

The DPA (Data Protection Act) 2018 came into effect on 25 May 2018. It incorporates the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) into UK law and replaces the DPA 1998.

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the DPA 2018 and covers the similarities and differences between the DPA 2018 and the GDPR.
